Save Lloyds Bank Mitcham
We have been informed that Lloyds Banking Group intend to close their branch in Mitcham town centre - the very last bank in Mitcham - when their lease comes to an end in January 2026.
This news is incredibly disappointing. The decision made by Lloyds will damage the town centre and its businesses and will leave Mitcham residents without a single physical bank in the area. It will also disproportionately impact Mitcham’s elderly, disabled and low-income residents.
